Frankie serves e-commerce merchants. From time to time, we may come into contact with Personally Identifiable Information (PII) relating to the customers of you, our merchants.  Frankie does not store Personally Identifiable Information relating to the customers of our merchants, we either remove or redact any such information.

Accessing, Editing, and Removing Personal Information

As a merchant, you may register with Frankieai.com via one of our apps partner platforms, we will retain your registration and associated information for as long as they remain registered. You may review and edit the information you have provided to us by logging into your registered account for our Services and editing your account information. If you choose to cancel your registration, we will delete the information that you have provided within a reasonable time thereafter if you so request.

What do we use your Information for?

Your partner status is determined in accordance with the Partner Points Guide. When you and your clients use Frankie products, you receive points that help increase your partner status and rewards. This guide has been developed to give an overview of how you can earn points in the Frankie AI Partner Program.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website and Services, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. Frankie holds your personal information on servers located in the United States of America (the U.S.).

We use top-tier, third-party data hosting providers including Amazon AWS to host our services on servers located in the U.S. If you are a non-U.S. resident, this means that your personal information will be transferred to the U.S.We have in place transfer mechanisms with all our third party data hosting providers that satisfy the requirements relating to Frankie's transfer of data from the European Union to the U.S.

We also off an additional Data Processing Agreement for EU customers to ensure compliance with the Safe Harbor framework.

By entering personal information into Frankie, you consent to that personal information being hosted on servers located in the U.S. While your personal information will be stored on servers located in the U.S., it will remain within Frankie's effective control at all times.

If you do not want your personal information to be transferred to a server located in the U.S., you should not provide Frankie with your personal information or use the Service.
